出羽三山の風車建設計画は白紙となり本当に良かった。これを機に一般人の自分も再生エネルギー導入について 少し勉強するきっかけになった。エネルギー自給率をあげる為や環境に配慮する為にバイオマス燃料、太陽光発電や風力発電施設の導入が年々促進されている。雇用も創生される利点もあるだろう。しかしながら当初、県が出羽三山周辺を風力発電の適地としていた為 山岳信仰の聖地に建設計画が持ちあがり様々な問題が浮き彫りになった。英語エッセイ問題でも再生エネルギー導入に関する是非を問われることがあるので 自分なりに自分の意見で書いていたものをUPします。
”Would it be profitable to build a wind power plant on DEWA SANZAN in Yamagata?”
The introduction of renewable energy such as wind power to protect the natural environment has attracted worldwide attention.However,I think that the disadvantages of building a wind power plant on Dewa Sanzan far outweigh the advantages for the following three reasons.
Firstly,the area should be kept in a solemn atmosphere as a place of mountain worship where many people pray and train.If windmills are built, noise from wind turbines and their construction will have serious deleterious effects.
Secondly, huge wind power spoils the landscape,and threatens animals and plants.
Dewa Sanzan is regarded as a Japanese Heritage Site and it is a tourist spot. Therefore,the huge windmill group does not suit the area at all.
Finally,wind power generation leads to destruction of nature. Some experts have pointed out that if the forest is cut down, there will be concern about landslides and other disasters because the construction site is a water source recharge protection forest.
For these reasons, I think windmill construction on Dewasanzan is unprofitable and should be withdrawn.

慌てて作ったので。。。 序論と結論は お題をそのまま使うより 同じ意味あいで言い換え ”パラフレーズ”した方が良いです。
あと、構文も散りばめた方が良かったかな。
注）ちなみに英作文試験では 自分の意見がぶれると大幅に減点されるので日本人にありがちな
中立な気持ち、迷う気持ちは捨てて書かなくてはなりません。 涙

環境に配慮するための風力発電が自然に深刻なダメージを与えうる懸念についての記事も見たことがある。出羽三山周辺については
結局のところ 地域住民のアクションのお陰で白紙となった。が 環境に配慮できるエネルギーは何だろうか。皮肉にも現段階では危険な原子力発電がクリーンエネルギーのようだ。
難しいなぁ〜。
